You can still find the famous "Bucky on Parade" statues around Dane County and Fitchburg! You can find Biotech Bucky, Work Safe Bucky, Flamingo Bucky and Bike the 'Burg Bucky right here in Fitchburg.
Bucky on Parade was a hugely popular public art project featuring 85 life-size Bucky Badger statues throughout Madison and Dane County May 7–September 12, 2018. After the parade the statues were auctioned off, raising over $1,000,000 for Garding Against Cancer, Madison Area Sports Commission and other community charities.
