She leads The Cesta team by being relatable, reliable and JUST a little bit funny. She is fully invested in being a resource to Madison area seniors. With 12+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with companies such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton and Marriott, she believes the key to a successful community is creating relationships first. She believes if you create a positive culture first, success will follow.
Watching Wisconsin sports, exploring state parks and being chauffeur to her two kids keeps her busy. Always up for a new restaurant, a reason to window shop and a great latte, Nikki embraces what Fitchburg has to offer.
