Ken Thompson, President and CEO of Capitol Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mandy Ayers to Director of Human Resources/Officer at Capitol Bank. In addition, Natalie Gregerson was elevated to Director of Marketing/Officer.
“Mandy and Natalie have implemented many initiatives in their respective departments that arehaving a positive impact on the Bank,” said Thompson.
Mandy has been an HR professional for 25 years and is involved with the Middleton Chamber of Commerce, Greater Madison Area SHRM Roundtable and WBA Compensation & Benefits Taskforce. Natalie has six years of marketing experience and is involved in United Way of Dane County and the Alzheimer’s Association.
