JOIN THE BIKE THE 'BURG CHALLENGE
The Bike the 'Burg Challenge is a great way to get moving, get outdoors and explore the local area! Participants will be challenged to log 150 miles from April-September, 2025. (We’re on the honor system!) You can keep track of you miles on your own using any method that works for you. You could use an app like Strava or in an excel file, or whatever is easiest for you! Registrants will be entered into several drawings and eligible to win fabulous prizes from local businesses!
Join the Challenge for free or get your 2025 Bike the 'Burg Tee! All proceeds will be donated to local non-profit Bikes For Kids Wisconsin.

All proceeds from the sales of 2025 Bike the 'Burg tees will go to Bikes For Kids Wisconsin, a local non-profit on a mission to make bikes accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford them. Sales and repair services from their community bike shop fund their bike giveaway program, providing transportation access for all people. Their work is making bicycling sustainable, equitable, and affordable as a means of everyday transportation. Bikes for Kids WI believes access to bikes betters the lives of all physically, emotionally, and economically.

Summer Rides For Joe
The summer rides are in memory of Joe Imilkowski, long-time Fitchburg resident and avid bicyclist. Helmets are required. Rides will start and end at the Fitchburg Senior Center, taking place the first Wednesday of each month, May-October at 10:00am.

Pick Me Up At The Border
Bike Fitchburg's Pick Me Up At The Border Ride returns in 2025! This is a long-distance, nighttime, gravel ride. Don't miss this unique experience! There will be three ride options/distances to choose from.
