This is not for the average IT guy. Peterson Technology Group wants a team player, someone who speaks English to the customer but understands the technical side as well. Customer satisfaction is imperative: think Disney, Zappos, and Hy-Vee. This is a full-time position with benefits and includes some on-call work. Must communicate extremely well, like helping people, solving issues, and understand how to fix technical problems.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Make customers feel heard, valued and happily taken care of
  • Maintain and support Windows computer systems in our customers’ networked environments
  • Know how to escalate problems and understand your limitations
  • Preferably have some experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, and thin clients technologies
  • Need to be detailed to handle documentation and able to follow procedures and processes
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and network problems

You must have 2-5 years of experience in a technical, customer service position. You will be able to handle occasional stress and juggle multiple projects or crises at the same time.

Come and grow with us! We’re setting the standards for high-quality customer service for IT consulting companies.

To be considered, please submit your resume, contact information, and any recent volunteer work to info@PetersonTechGroup.com immediately. Application materials must be received no later than Friday, March 6th.
