Chamber Committees
Share your expertise and leadership with your Chamber of Commerce by participating on a Chamber Committee. Committee participation is also a great way to learn from and with other professionals in the community where you work.

• Ambassador
  Fitchburg Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors represent the Chamber at community events and activities, business events such as grand openings, ribbon cutting and groundbreaking ceremonies, and Chamber events. Ambassadors are also the Chamber Program organizers, planning the After Hour Networking events, Annual Golf Outing and the Annual Meeting.
  
  
• Economic Development
  The Economic Development Committee meets on an as needed basis. Monitoring the development in the Community. The Committee works closely with the City of Fitchburg on Economic Development related issues and projects. Several informational meetings each year are held, updating the group on activity in Fitchburg.
  
  
• Marketing & Tourism
  The committee has worked closely with the Wisconsin Department of Tourism to develop a Hotel room tax use plan & program. In the last two years the committee has focused on a portfolio of marketing materials. The committee will continue to look for ways to promote and market the Fitchburg Community and its businesses with marketing materials, events and other opportunities.
