Fitchburg Public Library

Opened in 2011, the library has become a huge resource to everyone in the area. Books, movies, music and audio books are available for check out. The adults, teens and kids programming is superb and offers something for everyone. Teens have their own space in the library with books, gaming systems and computers. The Children’s Library features a storytime room, a play and learn area provided by the Friends of the Fitchburg Library and computers that promote early literacy skills. Adults can utilize the Technology Lab with 18 computers available for free in both PC and Mac systems. Group study rooms and private study areas are available as well as a quiet reading room with cozy fireplace.

The library also hosts events for children like the Great Halloween Hunt, kids movies and an art program for toddlers. Three meeting rooms are for rent for community groups and businesses. The library is a fun and functional place for the whole family!
